Bank holidays: We cannot ship parcels on bank holidays. Parcels will be shipping the next working day.
International shipping: Tawul Living supports international shipping. Please note we are not responsible for customs charges, duties or taxes for the products entering your country of residence as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries.
Once your towels have been packaged and on their way to you, you will receive an email confirming dispatch. Please also note that as soon as we have sent the items it will be in the hands of the postal service/chosen courier shipping company and there Tawul Living cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. International shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are made clear at checkout.
Returns: We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are free returns on all orders within this time frame within the UK. International returned packages due to unpaid customs charges will be automatically refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Process: To start a return, you can contact hello@tawulliving.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@tawulliving.com
Exceptions/non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tawulliving.com
